hey guys,, as u would know from my last post that now im into the health food.. I recorded this video about a few weeks ago. when ur on a diet and u go out its crazy hard u either feel left out or u end up cheating. what I try to do now a days is that I stay home and cook YES COOK WITH A NEWBORN AND A 3 YEAR OLD.... but yeah I find cooking so much fun....thank god finally... but we still eat out only once a week,, I think that's acceptable. :)
okay so the video I was talking about is my second food video (im still getting used to it).. first thing to tell u is that I LOVE CHIPOTLE (I don't get any meat though cuz its not halal) but everytime we go I end up making bad choices like white rice, corn salsa, sour crème, n etc.... their stuff is much higher is calories and we don't know where exactly its coming from and how they r treating the food that's in my bowl and not to forget that they charge a lot for just a few ingredients. u can make a much healthier, yummier, and cheaper chipotle style food at ur home. watch my video below and let me know if u have any questions and what u think about it.
